  I had a rep come out to estimate a door installation. There was no estimate, no measurement, only a final figure. Keep in mind that I can receive a similar product for approx. 10% of the total that was given to me by Bee Window. I was shown samples of items that didn't pertain to me, was given a product booklet with 0 (zero) pricing information, and the sales guy looked disappointed when I said I wasn't making a decision the same day. First of all, I do not believe that a standard 36"x80" steel door should cost 2300 dollars. Second of all, the salesman didn't know how to properly price the item from my perspective, as he didn't measure the opening. I asked for some leading specifics on the warranty, and was given vague responses.
  
  At the end of the day, it looked like a ploy to sign me up for financing (even though there weren't any details on financing. When I left, the salesman said 'we don't really follow-up. Just call when you're ready to move forward.'. Well, okay. Here's my follow-up, since you can't be bothered to do so.
